WHY PT?

EVERYBODY BENEFITS FROM A TRAINER

The top athletes in the world still use trainers so knowing enough to work out on your own is not an excuse.

A trainer will also ensure proper technique is used when exercising meaning less injuries and more results.

LEAVING YOUR COMFORT ZONE

A trainer will push you beyond your comfort zone while staying within your limits.

'Andrew is encouraging but works me hard knowing just how far to push it.' Bridget Costello - West End Performer.

NUTRITION

Exercise is only the tip of the iceberg. If you want to create and live in your best body, you can't skip out on what you're eating. Nutrition plans can show you what to eat and when to eat it.

STAY ON TARGET

A trainer will make sure you stay consistent and keep you focused when times get hard.

MEASUREABLE GOALS

A trainer will listen to what you want, then set goals accordingly. Fitness tests and challenges are a great way of measuring your progress whilst giving you tangible targets to work towards.

RECOVERY

One of the most important parts of exercise that often gets overlooked by beginners is their recovery period.

Stretching straight after exercise should always be the first thing you do. If you're muscles are too tight, they can't repair themselves meaning all that hard work you've just put in will be for nothing.

Stretch for 5 - 10 minutes and reap the benefits.
