Featuring 4 brand new workouts, each one designed to compliment the other, to help you get the most out of your life. A family holiday with long bike rides? No problem. Friends suggest signing up to an obstacle course race? You got it. We want you to be confident enough to say yes to these things, because yes equals experiences...experiences equals memories and memories equals a life well-lived. WARRIOR

The Warrior workout is a MetCon (metabolic conditioning) style workout, which combines dynamic functional exercises with compound lifts to create a cardio based workout with no rest. 

Expect dumbbells, sweat and endorphins galore, and release the Warrior within! 

ROGUE

The Rogue workout is packed full of animalistic, calisthenic (bodyweight) movements to help you learn how to use and control your body. This workout is great for any adventurer who wants to work on proprioception (awareness of your body in space) and co-ordination while developing muscle, endurance and skill. 

BARBARIAN

The Barbarian workout is for those who seek strength! Expect dumbbells, calisthenics and lots of time under tension. You'll also get more rest, which is essential for any strength building workout.

WIZARD

The Wizard is all about moving mindfully. By slowing down, we can raise our awareness of our bodies movements and thoughts. This is especially useful in learning proper form for all exercises. it is also very relaxing which is good for our mental and emotional state too.
