Featuring 4 brand new workouts, each one designed to compliment the other, to help you get the most out of your life.

A family holiday with long bike rides? No problem. Friends suggest signing up to an obstacle course race? You got it.

We want you to be confident enough to say yes to these things, because yes equals experiences...experiences equals memories and memories equals a life well-lived.

Read on dear adventurer, and discover a fitness class like no other...

WARRIOR

Unlocks: Mental Tougness, Endurance, Strength.

The Warrior workout is a MetCon (metabolic conditioning) style workout, which combines functional exercises with compound lifts, to create a cardio based workout with no scheduled rest.

Expect dumbbells, sweat, and endorphins galore, as you discover the warrior within.

ROGUE

Unlocks: Speed, Athleticism, Coordination.

The Rogue workout is packed full of animalistic and calisthenic (bodyweight) movements to help you to learn how to use and control your body.

This workout is great for any adventurer who wants to work on proprioception (awareness of your body in space) and co-ordination while developing muscle, speed and skill.

Think assassin meets gymnast. 

Sounds too advanced? Worry not, as every workout is scalable to suit your current ability.

BARBARIAN

Unlocks: Strength, Power, Positive Mental Attitude.

The Barbarian workout is for those who seek pure full body strength!

 

Expect dumbbells, calisthenics and lots of time under tension. You'll also get more rest, which is essential for when you're building a body that could wrestle a lion!

Wizard

Unlocks: Awareness of yourself and of others, Gratitude, Patience.

The Wizard is all about moving mindfully, and being fully aware of your body and what it can or can't do.

By slowing down, we can raise our awareness of our bodies, our movements and our thoughts.

This is especially useful in learning proper form for all exercises. It is also very relaxing which is good for our mental and emotional state too.
