Alternative fitness is what we are all about at KinFit. Creating online personal training packages for the dungeons and dragons community to find a fun way to exercise.

 

Introducing the Dumbbells & Dragons 2 week fitness plan, a new way to approach exercise. This short fitness plan gives you an introduction to our d&d inspired training programmes, giving you a taste of what you can expect from the full plan.

 

In this 2 fitness week plan battle goblins, spiders and even a dragon as you begin your quest for health and fitness, supported by an online fintess coach. This plan does require some equipment. Ideally a couple of dumbbells, a slam ball and a box or something safe to jump on that will take your weight.
